Our Founding & Leadership

Dr. Chang holds dual expertise in Western and Eastern medical philosophies. He earned his B.A. (Magna Cum Laude) and M.D. degrees from Brown University, was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa and Sigma Xi, and completed post-doctoral training at Yale-Waterbury and Cornell-New York Hospitals.

He was affiliated with Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in the late 1980s to 1990s and served on the faculty at Weill Cornell School of Medicine for many years. meridianmedical.org Over time, he charted a new pathway in cancer care—advocating for off-label, repurposed drugs, integrative immunotherapies, and combination (cocktail) protocols.
