Note: Applicants older than 15 years must have a fasting period of 12 to 14 hours (for the Glucose and lipid profile) before the medical exam.

Reminders:
1. For Applicants 15 years and older a period of 12 to 14 hours of fasting is required.
2. For women of reproductive age it is recommended not to schedule the medical exam during their menstrual period. If they do so they will be asked to come back a week after their last day of their menstrual period.
Note
All results will be given along with the forms required by New Zealand Immigration. Exams are performs in accordance with the New Zealand Immigration guidelines.
